Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026
You should know how Joycommonwealth Pest Control works and how it gets paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What Joycommonwealth Pest Control Does
Joycommonwealth Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. It does not do general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest work.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How Payment Works
Joycommonwealth Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals it sends them. Payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. Joycommonwealth Pest Control may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Joycommonwealth Pest Control. Each provider alone is responsible for:
- Its estimates, prices and terms
- The products and methods it uses
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, permits and insurance
- How it communicates and behaves with you
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how payment arrangements work, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in the network at that time.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider you are connected with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate, and compare other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
