Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Joycommonwealth Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use joycommonwealth.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Make the site work with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where It May Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@joycommonwealth.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@joycommonwealth.garden and let us know:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what you are seeing at home and request an estimate. A local provider in our network will follow up with next steps.
